Server, Storage and Networking Technician

Position Summary
We're looking for a hands-on SSN Technician to configure, sanitize, and maximize the resale value of enterprise IT assets in our ITAD operations. You'll also support and train technicians across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities-
Configure and test servers, storage, and network equipment (HPE, Dell, IBM, NetApp, Cisco)

Administer HPE iLO, blade servers, and enclosures via CLI, OA, and SSH

Perform firmware updates and configure server-to-storage connections

Reset and wipe Cisco switches, routers, and other network infrastructure

Perform certified data sanitization (NIST 800-88), verify erasure, and maintain chain-of-custody records

Assess devices for resale potential and identify upgrades or part-harvesting opportunities that maximize value

Create SOPs and work instructions on SharePoint, and train technicians across sites

Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting support to the floor team
Qualifications and Competencies

Strong hands-on experience with enterprise servers, storage, and networking

Familiarity with ITAD workflows and sanitization standards (NIST 800-88, R2, or e-Stewards)

Proficiency with CLI, iLO, iDRAC, OA, and SSH

Solid troubleshooting skills and component-level diagnostics

Strong documentation and training abilities

Proactive, team-oriented mindset

Minimum high school diploma

Bilingualism English/French mandatory
