Hardscape Installer / Landscape Construction Installler

Depol Contracting Ltd – Nanaimo, BC

Depol Contracting Ltd is growing and we are looking for motivated hardscape installers to join our team.

We specialize in high-quality landscape construction projects across Vancouver Island including:

Retaining walls
Paver patios & driveways
Excavation & grading
Fencing
Artificial turf
Full landscape construction

We take pride in building clean, professional projects and are looking for team members who care about quality workmanship and want to grow with a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

Install pavers, retaining walls, stairs, fencing, and other hardscape features
Operate compact equipment and power tools safely
Assist with excavation, grading, and material handling
Follow site plans and directions from foreman
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Work efficiently in a team environment

Requirements

Experience in hardscape or landscape construction
Valid driver’s license
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Experience operating skid steers or excavators is an asset

Pay

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
