Job Description:

As a member of our Retirement, Benefits and Well-being team within Total Rewards, you’ll contribute to programs and services that help colleagues feel physically healthy, mentally strong, financially confident, and socially connected.
Role Summary
You will lead a set of colleague perks and special benefit programs in Canada.
You will:
Act as the subject matter expert for your programs
Provide advice and guidance to business partners and HR teams
Design, manage and improve programs from start to finish
Ensure programs meet business needs, colleague needs, and compliance requirements
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Program Ownership (End-to-End)
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, including:
Colleague vehicle program
Scholarship program for colleagues’ dependents
Colleague banking discounts (and retiree access)
Colleague discount programs (e.g., gym partnerships)
Any new programs added in the future
What this means:
Design or update programs
Launch and manage them day-to-day
Monitor costs and usage
Resolve issues and improve the experience
2. Subject Matter Expertise & Advice
Act as the go-to expert for your programs
Provide clear, practical advice to HR partners and business leaders
Stay current on market trends and legal requirements
Recommend changes to keep programs competitive and compliant
3. Program Design & Improvement
Review program performance and identify improvements
Use data, feedback and market research to support recommendations
Build simple business cases for changes
Help get approval and implement updates
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Work closely with internal partners (e.g., HR, Finance, business units)
Manage external vendors that deliver parts of the programs
Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels
Resolve issues and improve processes
5. Communication & Colleague Experience
Create and manage colleague communications for your programs
Ensure information is clear, simple and easy to access
Maintain program content on internal sites and materials
Respond to colleague questions and escalations as needed
6. Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure programs meet internal policies and external requirements
Maintain strong processes and controls
Identify and manage risks; escalate when needed
Keep documentation up to date
7. Data & Reporting
Track program usage, trends and costs
Use data to identify issues and opportunities
Share insights to support decision-making
Education & Experience
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of colleague benefits or similar programs
Strong program management skills (can manage work from end to end)
Ability to analyze data and make practical recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills
Clear and simple communication (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong relationship management and influencing skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools
