JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Lifeline Healthcare Representative, you will have a pivotal role in growing Lifeline Canada business in your assigned territory. Your goal will be to influence the Healthcare Professional’s (HCPs) behavior so that they are more pro-actively referring their patients/clients to the Lifeline service. This will be achieved by preparing and implementing our core strategies to engage HCPs who have the highest potential to influence and refer new Lifeline subscribers. Territories to be covered: The territory will comprise the following area: Quebec city, Lac St-Jean, Quebec Centre, Côte Nord, Bas St-Laurent and Gaspésie
OUR CUSTOMERS:

Healthcare Professionals: Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Discharge Planner, Physiotherapist, Nurse, Doctor, and Home Care Worker. These professionals can be found in hospitals, homecare centers (public and private), and community healthcare facilities.

Community contacts: Manager, nurse, and recreational therapist in seniors’ residences. Organizations such as the Alzheimer Society, Parkinson Canada, Muscular Dystrophy, VAC, and associations supporting seniors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve Lifeline Canada Referral objectives for the designated territory. This will be accomplished by planning and making sales visits and group presentations to healthcare professionals with the ability to influence and refer new Lifeline subscribers

Brochure drops to medical offices, healthcare institutions, community organizations, and directly to potential subscribers via group presentations

Effective Contact database Management, including entering all activities in CRM daily and maintaining an accurate and actionable contact database

Work in collaboration with Regional Development Managers (RDM), Marketing, Direct Sales, Home Service Representatives (HSR), and other departments as necessary to optimize referrals

Participate in monthly business review with the reporting manager

Mindful management of expenses
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
-
College diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
General Skills and Knowledge:
-
1-2 years of field sales experience

Knowledge of the Healthcare industry is an asset

Strong communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain business relationships

Bilingual (French and English)

Excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills

Displays professionalism and business acumen

A self-starter who works independently and in a team environment

Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
