Ralik, a division of Imperial Dade Canada, has an Accounting Technician role open in Blainville, QC.
Responsibilities:
- Full accounting cycle.
- Reconcile various bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly tax remittances.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- AP and prepare payments.
- Accounting entries and adjusting entries.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries.
- Verification and preparation of month-end and year-end documents.
- Prepare monthly accounting audits and be a key resource person with Imperial Dade Canada.
- Perform other related clerical tasks, such as drafting documents, record keeping, filing etc.
- Assist in the preparation of employee payroll.
- Prepare various Excel analyses.
- Assist AR clerk with customer collections.
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in accounting or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience of full cycle accounting.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
- Thoroughness, rigor and autonomy.
- Ability to make deadlines.
