Full job description

At Golden West Broadcasting, we’ve been telling local stories for over 65 years through trusted radio and digital platforms across Western Canada. Together with Homefield, we’re finding new ways to help local businesses grow through effective advertising, marketing, and organizational development. We exist to make communities better— and that mission drives everything we do.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Internally known as a Customer Support Administrator, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and support our sales team in completing administrative tasks to ensure our clients are served with accuracy.

In this role, you will:

Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them accordingly.
Assist the sales team by entering contracts into our order system, creating proposals for clients, and generating reports.
Proactively track all the details to ensure we fulfill orders correctly. This includes sending radio commercial requests to writers and digital ad requests to graphic designers, following up on third party vendor requests, and assisting with seasonal promotions.
Provide general office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, submitting payables summaries, tracking inventory, and distributing mail.
Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Manager.
