We're Growing!
Lead Something Worth Leading
At Bodega Tapas Bar, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth—and we're looking for exceptional leaders to grow with us.
Bodega isn't your average restaurant. For many guests, it's a destination. As Edmonton's premier Spanish tapas experience, we've built our reputation on bold flavours, an exceptional wine program, and unforgettable hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
Our Ellerslie location is fast-paced, high-volume, and built around high standards. We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in that environment and is ready to make an impact.
More importantly, this isn't just an opportunity to manage a restaurant—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career. As part of a growing hospitality group with multiple concepts and ambitious expansion plans, there are significant opportunities for advancement, leadership development, and future growth within our organization.
We don't just serve tapas. We create experiences. If that resonates with you, keep reading.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a results-driven, hospitality-obsessed Restaurant Manager to lead our Ellerslie operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the floor—not from behind a desk. Someone who understands that culture, consistency, accountability, and coaching are what separate good restaurants from great ones.
If you get excited about building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong financial results, you'll fit right in.

Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
- Create schedules that balance guest experience with effective labour management
- Partner closely with our Head Chef to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and pride in execution
- Conduct meaningful performance conversations that inspire growth and development
Financial Performance
- Own key operational metrics including labour costs, food costs, waste reduction, and profitability targets
