Stem Health is reimagining the primary care experience for individuals who want a more thoughtful relationship with their health. Physician-led and membership-based, we combine medical excellence with the warmth of hospitality, anchored in a beautifully designed flagship clinic at First Canadian Place, opening September 2026. Our care model is relationship-based, data-informed, and built on time, trust, and exceptional service.
Stem Health is building something rare: a clinical model where exceptional medicine and exceptional hospitality are inseparable. The VP of Clinical Operations is the leader who turns that vision into a durable, scalable operating system the standards, structures, and culture that allow clinical excellence to be consistent and repeatable across the organization.Partnering closely with the Medical Director in shaping the clinical model, the VP of Clinical Operations owns the full clinical operating function: organizational design, quality and regulatory governance, clinical workforce strategy, and the operational infrastructure that underpins Stem Health's care model. We're looking for a clinical leader who has scaled care delivery before: someone who thinks in systems and standards as naturally as they think in patient outcomes, who can grow a clinical organization, and who has the gravitas to operate as a true partner to the Medical Director in defining what Stem Health becomes.

A deep belief that clinical excellence and exceptional hospitality are inseparable.
You've already done this once — built or significantly scaled a clinical operation, not just run one. You think as naturally about organizational design and governance as you do about patient safety, and you know how to build a clinical culture that holds together as the team grows. You're equally comfortable shaping growth strategy and stepping into a clinical leadership meeting about a quality concern. You want a founding seat at the table, the latitude to build the function from scratch, and the accountability that comes with it.
-
A founding executive role at a physician-led, membership-based clinic opening at First Canadian Place in September 2026 — with the opportunity to build the clinical operating function from the ground up and shape what it becomes as Stem Health grows.
-
Direct partnership with the Medical Director in defining Stem Health's clinical strategy, culture, and standards.
-
Real influence over growth, resourcing, and the future direction of the clinical organization.
-
A care model built on time, trust, and relationships — the kind of clinical environment you've always wanted to build and lead.
-
Significant scope for growth: as Stem Health expands, so does the scale and impact of this role.
