The job

As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for every guest. Your responsibilities may include:

Greeting guests with a friendly smile and providing excellent customer service
Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
Preparing drinks and food items while following quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Assembling dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders with care and attention to detail
Communicating clearly and respectfully with fellow crew members and managers
Working a variety of flexible and rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

Whether you are a crew member working in the kitchen, at the Drive-Thru, or at the front counter you are a part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
