Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de-activation of mobile devices
Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees
Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process
Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education
IT Support experience or Desktop Admin Experience

Excellent Presentation Skills
Time Management
Proven ability to manage time sensitive tasks.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Advanced written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of learning.
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, evaluate, and improve others.
Able to custom-fit training materials around individual needs.
Excellent listening, observing, and questioning skills.
