Position Overview:
Renso Foods is on the lookout for a driven, relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to help group and support our Vietnamese restaurant community across British Columbia.
If you love being out in the field, a big people person and know the Vietnamese food service market inside and out, enjoy building long term partnerships with restaurant owners and chefs, this role is for you. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience selling food products to Vietnamese restaurants, who understands how purchasing decisions are made and feels at home visiting kitchens, markets, and restaurants in person.
Your main focus will be nurturing our existing Vietnamese restaurant accounts while actively expanding new partnerships. You’ll gain exposure to Vietnamese markets and selected Asian food retailers as secondary channels.
Responsibilities:
- Grow Renso Foods’ presence across Vietnamese and broader Asian restaurants in British Columbia through regular in-person visits and direct outreach.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing restaurant customers, handling order support and follow-ups.
- Recommend and introduce Renso Foods products based on restaurant menus, kitchen needs, and usage patterns.
- Act as the main point of contact for restaurant accounts, ensuring clear communication and strong customer satisfaction.
- Spot opportunities to expand product listings within current accounts.
- Accurately record customer details, orders, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Share regular sales updates, restaurant feedback, and market insights with the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling food products to Vietnamese restaurants in British Columbia
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the food or food service industry
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese restaurant market, customer behavior, and purchasing cycles
- Existing relationships with restaurant owners, managers, or chefs are a strong asset
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within BC

- Base salary tied to performance: Annual base aligned with your sales target (equivalent to 3.5% of total annual sales target)
