Nurse Practitioner – Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) & Wellness

As we continue to expand our Wellness and Functional Medicine division, we are seeking a passionate, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-loving, solution-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping patients optimize their health through Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), wellness medicine, IV therapy, and preventative care.

The Role
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will play an integral leadership role within our clinic, supporting both patients and the clinical team while helping grow our wellness services.
The ideal candidate embodies skillful communication, strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and effective problem solving. This role offers the opportunity to practice in Functional Medicine, HRT, wellness optimization, and aesthetic medicine within a highly respected clinic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including hormonal, metabolic, and lifestyle evaluations
- Diagnose and manage hormone imbalances using HRT protocols
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on wellness, longevity, and preventative medicine
- Serve patients in Functional Medicine, HRT, weight management, IV therapy, wellness injections, and cosmetic medicine
- Order and interpret laboratory testing related to hormones and overall health optimization
- Oversee and support nurse injector consults and clinical concerns
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up, monitoring, and therapy adjustments
- Educate patients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records
- Collaborate closely with leadership, nursing, dermatology, and aesthetic teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Support clinic operations through strong organizational and leadership skills
Who You Are
- Graduate of a recognized Nursing education program
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) in the NP Stream
- Prescriptive authority in Alberta
- Current BCLS-HCP certification; ACLS is considered an asset
- Experience or strong interest in Functional Medicine, HRT, Women’s Health, Wellness Medicine, IV Therapy, and Aesthetic Medicine
- Strong critical thinker with excellent clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working autonomously while thriving within a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively
- Solution-focused with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a wellness program
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
