HR Project Partners is currently accepting resumes for an Outbound Sales Representative on behalf of our client, ROV3D. ROV3D is a technology driven company operating at the intersection of advanced software, subsea operations, and digital innovation. Supported by strong internal documentation, processes, and functional structure, ROV3D is entering a pivotal market expansion phase. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales with proven effectiveness in outbound prospecting, and a strong motivation to build relationships, generate opportunities, and make a measurable impact on company growth.
This is a full-time permanent position located in St. John’s, NL. The salary for the position will range from $50K - $60K plus a generous commission structure on all sales.
Essential Job Functions:
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagements, and follow‑ups.
- Actively seek out prospective customers via direct sales, trade shows, advising on marketing campaigns and overall market presence.
- Public speaking to groups of customers and other audiences.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
- Clearly articulate ROV3D’s value proposition and solutions to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Previous sales or outbound business development experience is considered an asset
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or consultative sales preferred
- Experience that demonstrates empathy and understanding of the customer’s needs and challenges
- Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
- Specific formal sales training courses considered an asset.
