We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Front Desk Receptionist!
This role is based at our office in Scarborough, and reports to the Senior Account Manager/ Office Manager. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9AM- 5PM. Some overtime is required.
Job Summary
We are currently looking for Front Desk Receptionist to handle customer queries, process job orders, and coordinate with the Purchasing/ Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of printing jobs and customer billing.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing.
- Front face for customers walking through the door & on the phone.
- Coordinating resolutions for customer concerns and issues. Providing internal and external feedback to quality control.
- Scheduling shipments, creating shipping labels and customs invoices.
- Keeping customers informed on the status of their order.
- Preparing completed dockets for accounts receivable to invoice.
- Providing information to customers on our products and services.
- Maintaining customer information in QuickBooks and workflow system.
- Consult with production manager to determine the timeline based on client requirements.
Experience:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- 1+ year of full time customer service experience.
- Prior experience in the printing industry is an asset.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and hard working.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail.
