Wage
$24–$38/hr depending on experience

Wages are reviewed based on reliability, formwork skill, accuracy, production ability, attitude, safety, and overall contribution to the crew.
Career Growth
Concrete formwork and prep are key parts of successful concrete projects. A strong Carpenter’s Helper can grow into more skilled roles within the company.
A typical growth path may look like:
Carpenter’s Helper → Formwork Carpenter → Lead Hand → Foreman
Workers may also have the opportunity to grow into concrete placing or finishing roles depending on experience, interest, and crew needs.
We value workers who understand the importance of proper prep, take pride in accuracy, support the crew, and help the team succeed.
