Lead Strategic Growth with Global Impact
At Cypher Environmental, we develop innovative, environmentally responsible solutions for dust suppression and soil stabilization used across mining, construction, aviation, agriculture, and infrastructure industries worldwide.
We are seeking a Strategic Initiative Manager to lead and grow key client relationships, drive strategic account expansion, and identify new opportunities that support long-term revenue growth and market development.
This role blends account leadership, technical solutioning, and strategic business development in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Account Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships
- Understand client operations, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions
- Track account performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Represent Cypher at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and account reporting
Business Growth & Development
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing key accounts and new markets
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support revenue and growth targets
- Develop strategies to increase Cypher’s market presence in targeted regions and industries
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic planning
Technical Solution Consulting
- Assess client needs, site conditions, and operational challenges
- Recommend appropriate dust suppression and stabilization solutions
- Conduct site visits and field assessments when required
- Translate technical requirements into practical, cost-effective solutions
Proposals, Tenders & Contract Management
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and technical submissions
- Lead or support full-cycle tender submissions, including documentation and formatting
- Compile, design, and structure bid packages for clarity and compliance
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients and partners
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Technical, Production, and Logistics teams
- Ensure timely and successful project execution aligned with scope, budget, and quality standards
- Support distributor and tier-3 partner relationships where applicable
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in business development, key account management, or technical sales
- Proven success managing complex client relationships and delivering revenue growth
- Strong experience in proposal writing and/or tender submission processes
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in a client-facing environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites (domestic and international)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Industry experience in mining, aviation, construction, or industrial sectors is an asset
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or additional languages are an asset
