Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various software tools. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where efficiency and supporting students are priority.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems in educational environment
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Provide exceptional support to students and staff
Support bookkeeping activities and handle basic financial documentation
Arrange bookings and supports for the programs as needed
Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and organize office supplies
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Prepare for arrival and departure of students, professors and staff

Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Experience with data entry, proofreading, and document management
Student service experience, especially in front desk or student support roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and efficiency
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
