Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and mechanical systems, demonstrating expertise in various aspects of construction and maintenance. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction while working on diverse plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems and HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
Perform heavy lifting as necessary for the installation of pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Valid journeyperson license (red seal).
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools and power tools.
Experience in carpentry and assembly tasks related to plumbing installations.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
