Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tandoor Cook+Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a tandoor cook you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

Prepare tandoor dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Need to do Dishwashing as part of role
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Maintain a clean work area, including cooking stations, utensils, and equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tandoor Cook or in a similar role within Indina restaurant industry.
Experience working with a tandoor is a MUST
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
