We’re looking for hardworking individuals who enjoy working indoors and outdoors, operating equipment, solving practical problems, and taking pride in seeing the results of their efforts at the end of each day.
This is not a position for someone who wants to stand around and watch the clock. Every day brings new challenges, changing conditions, and opportunities to learn valuable skills in equipment operation, process support, and mechanical troubleshooting.
This is a full-time, year-round position operating on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, offering an excellent work-life balance while providing steady employment throughout the year. For motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic, there is a clear pathway for advancement into an Equipment Operator role.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of physical labor tasks in support of our processing facility, and site operations.
- Assist with the operation of skid steers, loaders, backhoe’s, and other equipment as required.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns before they become problems.
- Work alongside experienced operators and supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials around active job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and site conditions while monitoring traffic flow.
- Assist with routine maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting of equipment.

- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment.
- Interest in learning equipment operation and expanding your skills.

- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to work a 7-on / 7-off rotational schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Must reside in Edmonton or the surrounding area.
- Ability to provide reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and minor equipment repairs.
- Safety certifications are considered an asset.
- Previous labor, construction, landscaping, or earthworks experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
