We are seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management, within the Restaurant Development Department. This national role is based in Toronto and reports to the Director, Asset Management. The successful candidate will support Asset Management and Property Management activities across Canada, with accountability for execution against portfolio objectives, optimization of real estate assets, and delivery of key projects and initiatives. The role manages a team of Asset Managers and Property Managers while maintaining direct responsibility for strategic portfolio work, including lease renewals, property expropriations, and asset acquisitions.
