Schedule: 14/7 working up to 12 hours per day.

Non-Local Hires - Reliable transportation is required. Employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience on Rock Truck (or multiple pieces)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- 3-5 year driver abstract
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
- Must have basic computer skills to complete online orientations.

- Must be able to complete a criminal record check if required
- Strong safety culture.
- Self-motivated, flexible and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willing to take direction from supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate articulated haul trucks safely and efficiently in active mining operations.
- Transport waste rock, overburden, and aggregate materials in accordance with mine plans and production schedules.
- Perform pre-operational, post-operational, and walk-around inspections to ensure equipment is safe and serviceable.
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports, production logs, and shift documentation.
- Follow established haul routes, traffic management plans, and mine-site operating procedures.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, shovel operators, and other equipment operators using radio systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report mechanical defects, damage, or maintenance requirements.
- Comply with all mine safety regulations, site policies, FLHAs, and environmental requirements.
- Work safely around loading units, support equipment, and other mine-site hazards.
- Assist in maintaining haul roads and work areas by identifying hazards and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining a strong commitment to safe operating practices.
