Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Programmer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming and operating CNC routers, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision machining. You will play a crucial role in producing custom foam products to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and set up CNC routers to accurately cut and shape foam materials according to design specifications.
Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and optimize cutting paths for efficient material usage.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
Continuously strive for process improvement, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency in foam cutting operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Router Programmer Operator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Rhino).
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and precision, with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines, as required.
Prior experience with foam materials and knowledge of foam cutting processes would be an asset.
