Role: Java Developer
Designation: Specialist - Package Implementation
Required Experience: Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java Development to design develop and maintain scalable Java applications within an Agile environment
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks within the Java Development skill family
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver robust and efficient software solutions
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design coding testing and deployment
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to produce high quality software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability
- Document technical designs processes and updates for knowledge sharing and compliance
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement Java based applications to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with product owners QA and DevOps teams to deliver features within Agile sprints
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality
- Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding and architecture
- Mentor and support junior developers to foster skill development and team growth
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
- Maintain version control and manage deployment pipelines in coordination with DevOps
- Ensure security best practices are followed in application development

Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
