Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Casa Head Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, promoting academic excellence, and ensuring the overall well-being of students and staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to the educational mission of the school.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all students.
Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to enhance student learning experiences.
Monitor student progress and implement interventions as necessary to support academic achievement.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding education.
Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide professional development opportunities.
Promote a safe and inclusive school culture that values diversity and encourages student engagement.
Manage school budgets and resources effectively to maximize educational outcomes.

Qualifications

AMI and or MACTE accreditations.
Proven experience in educational leadership or teaching roles.
Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster collaboration among staff members.
Commitment to continuous improvement in education practices.
