The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Manager to own and execute our full digital ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on website management, performance marketing, and revenue generation. The position will be located at our Head Office in downtown Calgary, AB.
This role is responsible for driving traffic, improving conversion, and directly impacting sales across all digital channels. You will be the primary owner of our websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, speed, and performance at all times.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who moves quickly, is highly detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering error-free work in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing & Web Manager reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the organization’s growth and success while playing a critical role in supporting national campaigns, menu launches and new market expansion.

What You’ll Lead
Digital Performance & Reporting
- Own and manage all marketing reporting, including PSP reports, campaign performance, and weekly insights
- Translate data into actionable recommendations across campaigns, platforms, and revenue drivers
- Build and maintain structured reporting systems using Excel (campaign performance, budgets, and operational tracking)
- Lead performance tracking across Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outperform
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, enhance campaign execution, improve reporting accuracy, and drive overall marketing efficiency
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build and execute email campaigns from strategy through deployment
- Own lifecycle marketing, including automations, segmentation, and audience management
- Optimize email performance through testing, reporting, and continuous improvement
Paid Media & Digital Advertising (Core Focus)
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta
- Own budget allocation, forecasting, and spend tracking across all campaigns
- Build and launch campaigns for events, group bookings, and national promotions
- Write high-performing ad copy and support creative development when needed
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and ROI
Website Ownership & SEO (Core Focus) – For CRAFT & Central Restaurants
- Full ownership of all company websites, including updates, builds, and ongoing maintenance
- Develop and launch landing pages tied to campaigns, events, and new store openings
- Manage all website content, including core menu updates, brand messaging, and promotion
- Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve rankings, traffic, and local search visibility
- Optimize user journey, conversion flow, and on-site experience
- Manage blog content, on-site banners, and promotional placements
Platform & Revenue Channel Management
- Manage and optimize third-party platforms, including Eventbrite, Google Business and more
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (multi-location or hospitality experience is a strong asset)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, formulas, campaign tracking, and reporting)
- Proven experience managing paid media, SEO, and website platform
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms, reporting dashboards)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and marketing tools (email, automation, event platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset
Where You’ll Work
- Based in our Downtown Calgary office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional evenings/weekends for launches, campaigns, or activations
- Occasional travel across Canada and the U.S. as needed

Pay: $72,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
