We're looking for an operational sidekick. Someone who asks questions, creates order from chaos, improves systems, automates repetitive work and genuinely enjoys helping people succeed.
You'll become a central hub within our London office, supporting client care, marketing initiatives, operational reporting, and the day-to-day flow of work across the business. You'll help teams stay informed, organized, and moving forward while creating systems and processes that reduce friction and improve visibility.
As one of the primary connectors within the office, you'll help bring people together, champion team culture, and create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and connected.
We're not necessarily looking for someone with traditional administrative experience. You may come from marketing, project coordination, operations, customer success or somewhere we haven’t even considered.
What matters most is how you think: you’re curious, take ownership, follow through, care about people and instinctively look for ways to make things better.

In your first year at co-elevate, you will grow from supporting the day-to-day operations of the business to becoming the kind of partner every team hopes for. Someone who creates clarity, solves problems, improves systems, strengthens culture, and helps everyone around them be more successful.

What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in a role requiring organization, communication, ownership, and problem solving
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience improving processes, systems, or workflows
- Curiosity and a desire to understand how things work
- Comfort learning new technology and tools
- A genuine care for people and helping them succeed

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
