Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a welcoming demeanor. This role is vital in creating a positive guest experience and ensuring smooth front desk operations within a hospitality environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele.

Duties

Welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Oversee efficient check-in and check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and front desk management software.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, maintaining a high standard of service.
Accurately maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information in compliance with hotel policies.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally, providing assistance with reservations and general inquiries.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to promptly address and fulfill guest needs.
Provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure the front desk and surrounding area are well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

Experience

Strong customer service background with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse guest base.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills .
Familiarity with guest services operations within a hospitality setting is a plus
