What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own mortgage business
- Develop referral relationships with realtors, financial professionals, lawyers, and other strategic partners
- Conduct client consultations and assess borrowing needs
- Analyze financial information and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
- Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to funding
- Stay informed on lender guidelines, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates repeat business and referrals
- Support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Active Mortgage Broker licence in Ontario
- Currently authorized to deal and trade mortgages in Ontario
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your business
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client focus
- Experience with mortgage origination platforms and CRM systems is an asset
Bonus Qualifications
While not required, preference may be given to candidates who have:
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coaching mortgage agents or brokers
- Experience building or managing a mortgage team
- A track record of recruiting, onboarding, or developing new agents
- Existing referral partnerships and established business networks
- Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or team meetings
