We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys building meaningful relationships, practicing to their full scope, and making a genuine difference in the lives of patients every day.
As a small but growing pharmacy, we prioritize quality care over prescription volume and provide an environment where pharmacists have the time and support to deliver comprehensive clinical services.
About Us
Cunard Pharmacy & Clinic is your local pharmacy and clinic providing patient-focused healthcare. We offer personalized care and professional advice alongside a wide range of pharmacist-led services, including:
- Prescription dispensing and medication management
- Prescription renewals and adaptations
- Vaccinations and injections
- Minor ailment assessments and prescribing
- Medication reviews
- Travel health consultations
- Chronic disease management and support
- Preventive healthcare services
Simple, private, and pharmacist-led.
We also have a Nurse Practitioner providing primary care services in our clinic, currently seeing patients on Fridays. Appointments are booked separately online, creating additional opportunities for collaborative patient care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered pharmacy care
- Practice to your full clinical scope as authorized in Nova Scotia
- Conduct medication reviews and chronic disease assessments
- Assess and prescribe for minor ailments
- Administer vaccinations and injections
- Provide travel health consultations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
- Support pharmacy operations while maintaining high standards of professional practice
- Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through clinical interventions
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based care
- Passion for patient engagement and relationship building
- Interest in practicing at an expanded scope
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immunization certification
- Prescribing authorization
- Experience in community pharmacy preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Pharmacy Hours
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
