About the Role
Aroh Inc. is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional person to join our team as an Installation Coordinator & Field Technician – Interior Signage.
This role is more than just installing signs. Once a building is ready for installation, you will help own the installation process from start to finish. This includes preparing for site visits, coordinating access, understanding what needs to be installed, completing the installation, documenting progress, communicating with internal teams, and tracking any deficiencies, warranty items, or additions.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on installation work, field service, project coordination, and project management responsibilities within a growing Canadian company.
Sign industry experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is organized, accountable, professional, and comfortable with both hands-on work and project details.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project details, drawings, layouts, sign lists, and installation requirements before arriving on site
- Prepare tools, materials, signage, and information needed for each installation project
- Coordinate site access and timing with project leads, contractors, owners, designers, and site contacts
- Install interior wayfinding signage according to project plans and Aroh standards
- Track what has been installed, what remains, and what requires follow-up
- Document completed work through photos, notes, reports, and project updates
- Communicate clearly with project leads, manufacturing, and internal team members
- Identify missing, damaged, incorrect, or additional signs and report them accurately
- Support deficiencies, warranty items, additions, service work, and post-installation follow-up
- Build professional relationships with contractors, owners, designers, operators, and site contacts
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while representing Aroh professionally

Experience That Could Be a Good Fit
Sign installation experience is helpful, but not required.
This role may be a good fit if you have experience in:
- Installation coordination or field service
- Field technician or service technician roles
- Construction, construction coordination, site support, or project coordination
- Project administration or project management support
- Warranty, deficiency, or service follow-up
- Facilities, maintenance, or building operations
- Cabinetry, millwork, furniture, graphics, or fixture installation
- Customer-facing field work
- Roles requiring documentation, scheduling, follow-up, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Valid G driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and digital project information
- Comfortable reading measurements and following layouts
- Able to complete hands-on installation work, including lifting, ladder use, and working on active job sites
- Comfortable with frequent travel and occasional overnight stays
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
