We are looking for a motivated, organized, energetic, and professional Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to become an important part of our growing team.
This is a flexible position where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will assist with office operations, customer communication, scheduling, social media, and day-to-day business support.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Schedule appointments, estimates, and jobs Respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and team members Assist with social media management and content posting Organize files, paperwork, and company records Assist with invoicing, administrative duties, and office operations Support management with day-to-day tasks and projects Run occasional company-related errands when required Attend meetings, job sites, or appointments when necessary Help maintain excellent customer service and company relationships
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is:
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy Positive, energetic, and friendly Organized and detail-oriented Confident speaking on the phone and communicating with customers Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong with computers, smartphones, email, and social media Well-presented and takes pride in their appearance Active, energetic, and comfortable being on the move when needed A fast learner who is willing to grow with the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience Administrative or office experience Social media and marketing experience Sales experience is an asset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
