Participate in the full life-cycle of program design, development, implementation and evaluation, including but not limited to needs analysis, creating/sourcing relevant materials, communications, surveys, facilitation and train the trainer sessions.

Facilitate virtual and in-person programs and offerings related to talent development programs (will require internal facilitation certification).

Facilitate program and project team meetings, provide regular updates to participants, leadership, and key stakeholders.

Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of program participation, and completion.

Develop and deliver creative & effective communication campaigns to communicate value & engage learners for general & business unit specific initiatives.
- Prepare monthly scorecards and ad-hoc reports to showcase impact of learning programs and initiatives.

Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform future enhancements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 + years of manager level experience, with strong experience executing complex, multifaceted learning programs

Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills
-
Strong learning program delivery and coordination experience
-
Strong analytical skills, including data management, working in Excel, creating and analyzing survey data, tracking and reporting trends and delivering executive summaries
- Experience with learning technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), website design and maintenance, etc.
- Experience working with global, offshore resources and external vendors
- Experience in virtual event management a plus

Technical Skills

Experience using knowledge sharing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)

Experience working with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Cura, Saba Cloud, etc.) and virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.)
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
