Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our creative team. This role is essential in producing high-quality printed materials that meet our clients' specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and graphic design, with proficiency in various design tools and software. Customer service and talking with customers is very important. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including UI design, motion graphics, logo creation, and marketing collateral.

Duties

Operate and manage printing equipment to produce a variety of printed materials, ensuring color accuracy and quality standards are met
Prepare digital files for printing, including layout adjustments and file formatting using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software
Collaborate with the design team to review proofs and make necessary adjustments for optimal output
Assist in creating visual content such as motion graphics, logo designs, and digital assets using tools like After Effects, Figma, Sketch, and InVision
Manage print jobs from start to finish, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of printers and related equipment
Maintain organized workflow schedules to meet project deadlines
Ensure all printed materials adhere to branding guidelines and client specifications
Keep the print area clean and well-maintained to ensure safety and efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and WordPress is highly desirable
Knowledge of UI design principles, motion graphics creation, HTML/CSS coding skills are a plus
Familiarity with marketing concepts and how visual design supports branding strategies
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members
Experience working with print production processes and digital file preparation for various printing methods
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production process
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
