About Heights Laser Centre
At Heights Laser Centre, we believe exceptional aesthetic care starts with trust, expertise, and genuine relationships.
As a physician-led medical aesthetics practice, we are known for delivering quality results, honest guidance, and an exceptional patient experience. We take the time to listen, educate, and help every patient make the right decision for their unique goals.
Our vision is to build a practice that runs smoothly, grows sustainably, delivers outstanding patient care, and creates an environment where team members are proud of the work they do and the impact they make every day.
We are seeking a Practice Director who shares these values and is excited to help lead the next chapter of our growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Physician-Owner, the Practice Director serves as the operational and strategic leader of Heights Laser Centre. This role is responsible for business performance, team leadership, patient experience, operational excellence, and execution of strategic growth initiatives.
This is not a traditional office manager position. We are seeking a business-minded leader who can analyze performance, drive accountability, develop people, and help a successful practice reach its next level of growth.
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Partner with the Physician-Owner to develop and execute annual business plans and growth initiatives.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations that support long-term growth.
- Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and business improvement projects.
- Support evaluation of new services, technology investments, and growth opportunities.
Revenue Performance & KPI Management
- Monitor key business metrics and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Track revenue, consultations, conversion rates, patient retention, provider productivity, and retail sales performance.
- Lead initiatives that increase patient lifetime value and treatment plan acceptance.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to improve lead generation, lead conversion, and return on investment.
- Present business performance reports and recommendations to ownership.
Team Leadership & Accountability
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and professional development initiatives.
Operations & Patient Experience
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
- Maintain service standards, clinic policies, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and operational systems.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and proactively.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and clinic standards.

You are equally comfortable reviewing business performance metrics, coaching team members, improving systems, and implementing growth initiatives. You are highly accountable, financially literate, organized, and motivated by achieving meaningful results. You want the opportunity to influence business decisions, lead a team, and make a measurable impact on the success of a growing practice.
