In Ontario, we we partner with Air Canada bringing passengers to and from the Toronto airport from Kingston, Hamilton, Waterloo/Kitchener, Muskoka, Niagara, and Sarnia. Our luxury motorcoaches replace short flights with a faster, more sustainable alternative—reducing costs, addressing pilot shortages, and enhancing passenger journeys.
The Role:
We’re seeking an Customer Service Agent based at the Muskoka Airport to oversee our airport operations in the Greater Toronto Area. Reporting to our Canada Regional Manager, this position has oversight over airport operations at the Muskoka Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the booking and travel process, including accepting and processing reservations
- Be able to prioritize tasks such as completing flight departures and/or arrivals before responding to any customer calls and messages via phone
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chats, texts, emails, and Zendesk in between pre/post departure/arrival periods
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Enter and update passenger information in reservation systems
- Document and maintain accurate customer records based on interactions
- Provide day-of-travel support, including passenger outreach for delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled reservations
- Coordinate with Landline’s System Operations Control for day-of-operation needs
- Arrange alternative transportation (e.g., Uber) for affected passengers as needed
- Greet customers and provide information about Landline and Airline Partners services at terminals
- Assist customers with the boarding process
- Load and unload customer baggage from and to Landline vehicles
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Landline and all airline partner products, services, and systems
- Perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) functions as required
- Perform baggage service office duties when applicable
- Complete training and certification as a representative of the Airline Partners and Ground Security Coordinator
- Document passenger loads
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services
- All other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent education
- Previous commercial aviation or ground transportation experience is preferred
- Experience working with an airline Passenger Service System is preferred
- Proven success in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to carry out safety-sensitive airport functions when needed
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the acceptance and handling of checked luggage
- All other duties as assigned
Criminal reference check required. Must have the ability to obtain airport security clearances as needed.
