We are looking for a GTM Operations Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales process, data, systems, and decision support, translating business needs into scalable operational solutions and actionable insights. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to analyze business performance, design effective reports and presentations, interpret data trends, and turn findings into clear recommendations that improve GTM execution. Build and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses in Salesforce and Excel that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, conversion rates, and other operational KPIs. Interpret results accurately and translate data into concise, actionable recommendations for front-line managers and executive stakeholders.
-
Business Requirements Gathering: Partner with GTM stakeholders, including Sales leadership, SDRs, AEs, and CSMs, to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insight Communication: Serve as a liaison between GTM Operations, Internal IT, Finance, and Sales leadership, facilitating working sessions, synthesizing inputs, and communicating findings clearly. Partner with stakeholders to frame business questions, develop insightful analyses, and ensure recommendations are understood and actionable.
-
Project Support & Presentation Design: Contribute to GTM Ops initiatives such as Salesforce configuration projects, enablement rollouts, sales process redesigns, and operational reviews. Produce clear documentation, process guides, stakeholder-ready summaries, and polished presentations that translate complex analyses into compelling narratives for leadership audiences.
-
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and increase the scalability of GTM operations.
What You'll Bring:
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Analysis.
-
Experience designing executive-ready presentations, synthesizing large amounts of information, and telling a clear story with data.
-
Familiarity with business intelligence or visualization tools and best practices for communicating insights to different stakeholder audiences.
- Experience using AI productivity and analysis tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to accelerate research, analysis, content generation, or workflow efficiency.
-
Strong Salesforce CRM proficiency, including designing and building reports and dashboards, working with pipeline and opportunity data, and structuring outputs foreffective business decision-making.
-
Solid understanding of core GTM and sales operations concepts: pipeline management, lead lifecycle, forecasting, and funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify patterns and trends, generate meaningful business insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
