5-Axis CNC Operator Programmer

We are currently seeking a 5-Axis CNC Operator Programmer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled machining professional with experience in complex tooling and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time
40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce tooling components for mold and die applications
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and manufacturing specifications
Perform machining operations including milling, turning, drilling, and tapping
Use precision inspection tools (e.g., probes, micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product quality
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety legislation
Collaborate with team members to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience operating 5-axis CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD data
Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Work Conditions:

This position may require standing for extended periods and lifting materials within safe limits
