About Educify Inc
Educify Inc runs high-energy, in-person music lessons across Calgary. Students learn best when they can feel the piano keys, strum alongside their teacher, and play in real ensembles. That’s why all our lessons are delivered face-to-face in our dedicated teaching studios.
We’re hiring in-person Music Teachers for: Piano, Guitar, Voice, Drums, Violin, Bass, Ukulele, and Music Production.
The Role – On-Site in Calgary
Teach at Educify’s Calgary studio — this is not an online teaching role. Tell us your main instrument(s) and we’ll build your studio schedule. Multi-instrument teachers get first pick of hours and higher pay bands.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach 1-on-1 and small group lessons exclusively in-person at our Calgary location
- Adapt teaching to student goals: RCM, auditions, songwriting, worship teams, or just for joy
- Use Educify’s method books + your own expertise to keep lessons creative and structured
- Prepare students for live, in-person recitals 3x per year at Calgary venues
- Log attendance/progress and chat with parents during pickup/drop-off
- Collaborate with other on-site teachers for camps and band workshops
Qualifications
- Required: Confident teaching your instrument(s) in-person to beginners through advanced
- 1+ years teaching experience or strong performance background
- Outgoing, reliable, and professional in a studio setting
- Music degree/diploma, RCM certs, or equivalent gig experience an asset
- Must be available for in-person shifts: weekday afternoons/evenings + Saturdays
- Vulnerable Sector Check required prior to teaching

Work Location: In person – Calgary, AB. Applicants must be able to reliably have a studio to use and have the instruments to teach with. Remote work is not available.
