Front of the House - Cafe/ Deli Specialist
This position is to help operate the Cafe Mon to Fri.
From 7am to roughly 3/4pm. These hours can be modified as per additional special commitments.
- Bake every morning
- Barista
- Make Sandwiches through the day for immediate orders, or catering orders
- Serve food & service the tables
- Take Orders
- Organize / refill inventory
- Open and Close Duties, general cleaning, broom, mop, take out end of day garbage , clean the washrooms

The Cafe is in an office building with easy access to TTC bus stop, and is only 1 block south of North York Civic Centre subway station.
This position is ideal for someone with exceptional teamwork and work ethic, reliability, responsibility, organizational skills and confidence on his / her customer service skills.
You would provide coffee and other beverages, baked items, prepare food (server hot food or prepare breakfast/lunch sandwiches) in front of customers while providing an excellent customer service at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
