About the Role
Morningstar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the FV Group Head Office in Langley. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting office operations, project administration, and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Open and close the FV Group office.
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Coordinate courier services and deliveries.
- Maintain and order office supplies and consumables for head office, site offices, and sales offices.
- Arrange service and maintenance calls for office equipment.
- Maintain and organize digital records and files within SharePoint.
- Assist with planning and coordination of company events and team activities.
Project Administrative Support
- Review Budget Change Orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Process approved Interior and Exterior colour selections.
- Distribute and post Land Survey Certificates.
- Maintain BC Hydro and FortisBC account records for homes under construction and issue account closure notices prior to homeowner possession.
- Maintain WCB and Liability Insurance reports.
- Distribute Building Finals and Occupancy Permits for homes under construction.
- Provide administrative support to the Construction and Accounts Payable teams, including data entry and reporting.
- Assist with other project-related administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the construction, development, or related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, or Acumatica is considered an asset but is not required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
Schedule:
- Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM weekdays.
