Salary: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour

Your Role as an LPN
- Performing Nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelines
- Conducting nursing assessments and clinical care planning
- Monitoring client health and updating care plans as needed
- Supervising and mentoring Care Pros on medically delegated tasks
- Conducting quality assurance visits and care consultations
- Educating families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safety
- Ensuring compliance with WorkSafe BC and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current and active LPN license in British Columbia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with documentation and electronic health records
- Clear criminal background check
- Able to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasks
- Must have a Class 5 Driver's Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance
Schedule
Part-time: Flexible. Shifts available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Evening 7-9 pm
Occasional attendance for training sessions, meetings, or client emergencies may be required.
