As a Contract Administrator with our Service Sales department, you'll play a key role in managing service contracts from order entry through delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and customers receive exceptional support. You'll collaborate across departments, build strong client relationships, and help drive project success while protecting the company's commercial interests. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage projects and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Liaison with all internal department to ensure technical and contractual requirements are met or exceeded.
- Act as an account manager, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Assist with creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
- Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy with quotations.
- Performing other duties as allocated.
WHAT IT TAKES

- Post-secondary education is required; Electrical Engineering Technologist certificate, Engineering diploma, or a Project Management certificate would be an asset.
- 3+ years’ experience in contract management, customer service, and proficiency with Terms & Conditions is required.
- Basic transformer knowledge and project management experience would be an asset.
- Fluency in verbal and written English communication is required; fluency in French would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check for the duration of employment.
