We are offering two beautiful aesthetic rooms available for rent to licensed Estheticians, beauty professionals and skincare specialists. This opportunity is ideal for practitioners seeking a professional, welcoming environment to provide a variety of beauty and wellness services. The space is designed to support a range of treatments including facials, hair removal (waxing/laser), eyelash extensions, makeup application, body treatments, injectables, and more. Renters will benefit from a client-friendly setting with amenities that enhance guest experiences and promote business growth.

Rent is set at $999/month.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and professional environment
Perform a variety of beauty treatments of your choosing
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the aesthetic rooms
Engage with clients through effective communication skills, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business revenue

Qualifications

Valid licensing or certification in relevant beauty or skincare fields (e.g., esthetician license, cosmetology license)
