We are currently looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Boucherville.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to contribute to the design and production of product packaging and various marketing materials, while ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the deployment of the brand image through internal and external communications
- Product photography
- Management of graphic and packaging projects
- Maintain close communication with suppliers (in English)
- Review and approve packaging, shipping marks, and product samples
- Analyze new product features and determine key highlights for packaging
- Create visual content tailored to business needs while adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards (catalogs, branding, packaging, planograms, merchandising, presentations)

Requirements:
- Degree in graphic design, desktop publishing, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW and Microsoft Office (an asset)
- Versatile, creative, detail-oriented, rigorous, independent, and resourceful
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects at once
- Functional bilingualism (French and English)

Sommaire du poste :
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) designer graphique créatif et innovateur qui participera à la conception et à la réalisation des éléments graphiques de nos emballages de produits ainsi qu’aux divers supports graphiques, en respectant l’image de marque de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités principales :
· Participer au déploiement de l’image de marque à travers des communications internes et externes
· Photo de produits
· Gestion de projets graphiques et emballages
· Suivis rigoureux avec nos fournisseurs (communications en anglais)
· Vérification et approbation d’emballages, shipping marks et échantillons reçus
· Étude des nouvelles fonctionnalités des produits et de celles les plus importantes à promouvoir sur les emballages
· Création de contenus visuels adaptés aux besoins de l’entreprise en respectant les normes graphiques et les standards de qualité de l’entreprise (catalogues, identités visuelles, emballages, planogrammes, mises en marché, présentations)
Profil recherché :
· Proactif(ve) et autonome
· Efficace dans l’exécution des tâches
· Créatif(ve)
· Organisé(e) et débrouillard(e)
Exigences :
· Diplôme en design graphique, infographie ou domaine connexe
· 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en design graphique
· Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Corel et suite Office (un atout)
· Polyvalence, créativité, sens du détail, rigueur, autonomie et débrouillardise
· Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
· Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français et anglais)
