Job Summary:
Viacore Regina is looking for is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our Inside Sales team. We're looking for someone with a good understanding of our business, who is computer literate and have knowledge of, or willing to learn, our internal ERP system, payroll hour entry, and invoicing process.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities (Include all the essential functions of the job):
- Take orders via telephone, fax, e-mail and walk-in customers; maintain excellent customer relations.
- Communicate with customers and other branch employees to ensure order accuracy and smooth operations.
- Invoicing - ensure all proper paperwork is completed, inventory adjustments are complete, costing and pricing is accurate.
- Produce work orders and slitting permits for jobs, coordinate slitting jobs with Slitter, Shipper / Receiver or Shop Foreman / Service Manager
- Assist Outside Sales with quotations and sourcing products.
Required Qualifications Knowledge/Education & Experience:
- Basic mechanical aptitude required.
- Conveyor knowledge
- Computer skills ERP, Excell, Outlook
Skills & Abilities:
- Must have strong working knowledge of computers - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- General computer knowledge in relation to sales, financial, invoicing, etc.
- Competent in inventory management
- Ability to multi-task, take direction and constructive criticism, and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high standards of work
