About The Role:
What You'll Do:

The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role combines strong analytical expertise with business collaboration to deliver reporting, forecasting, and predictive insights using modern data tools and platforms.

Data Analysis & Insights
-
Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Perform exploratory analysis, root cause analysis, and ad hoc investigations to support business needs.

Develop predictive and forecasting models (e.g., sales forecasting, demand planning, scenario modeling).
-
Apply statistical, simulation, and optimization techniques to support decision-making.

Reporting & Visualization
-
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
-
Ensure data models within Power BI are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.
-
Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations that drive action.

Support end-user training, documentation, and adoption of reporting solutions.

Data Management & SQL Development
-
Work with SQL Server to extract, transform, and manage large datasets.
-
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data structures.
-
Design and maintain structured datasets to support reporting and analytics.
-
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.

Perform data cleansing and validation, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.

Predictive & Advanced Analytics

Build and maintain predictive models leveraging machine learning where applicable.

Conduct ‘what-if’ analyses and simulations to support strategic planning.

Transition reporting from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs.

Deliver insights aligned with strategic objectives.
-
Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
-
Support cross-functional initiatives and identify new data opportunities.

Project & Workflow Management
-
Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage analytics requests and track deliverables.

Document requirements, progress, and deliverables clearly.

Participate in agile or iterative delivery practices.

Data Strategy & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to data strategy, modeling, and governance practices.
-
Recommend improvements to analytics processes and systems.
-
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

Respond to internal data requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills
