What You'll Do
Design & Engineering
- Create accurate, code-compliant structural truss designs

Perform calculations to ensure structural integrity and safety

Optimize designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability

Interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Select appropriate materials and components

Participate in ongoing training (e.g., MiTek)
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion

Ensure timelines and budgets are met

Provide technical support during construction and implementation
Quality Assurance
- Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy

Stay current with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Collaboration & Client Interaction
- Work closely with sales, operations, and production teams

Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions

Participate in client meetings and presentations
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports

What You Bring
- Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering Technology (CET)
