Full job description

K TRANS LOGISTICS is a leading international logistics provider with a global presence. We are seeking a full-time, bilingual (English/Chinese) Warehouse Import/Export Operations Clerk & Dispatcher to join our team in Delta, BC.

Location: 877 Cliveden Ave, Delta, BC V3M 5R6

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule warehouse operations for import and export shipments, including receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
Track shipment schedules to ensure all goods are received or dispatched on time.
Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, shipping companies, and customs brokers to ensure accurate and smooth information flow.
Accurately input and update shipment data in the company system and maintain related documentation.
Assist with general warehouse duties to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Prior experience in a warehouse, freight, or logistics role is required (international logistics experience is a plus).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
A strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
