As part of our concrete team, you’ll work on concrete finishing projects that make a lasting impact on the urban landscape. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to grow within a reputable, forward-thinking company that values your expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Pouring, screeding, and finishing various types of concrete
Safely and effectively using a variety of tools and equipment as trained and required
Applying a range of concrete finishing techniques, including trowel, broom, stamped, and exposed aggregate
Operating power trowels and finishing equipment
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
Placing and tying rebar
Supporting form carpenters in building forms for benches, sidewalks, walls, and other concrete structures
Performing basic maintenance to ensure tools and equipment remain in good working condition
Maintaining strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
Participating in company-required training and performance reviews

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of concrete finishing experience
Proficient in operating power trowels
Skilled in decorative and architectural concrete techniques, including various finishes and applications
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to frequently lift 30–85 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage of $37–$45, depending on experience
Overtime opportunities available
4% Vacation Pay, paid on every cheque
